Latopis

We match your company’s operating record with buyers.

Latopis introduces construction companies to buyers who license the record a business already produced. Slack, email, job files, estimates, and shop drawings. Typical licenses run $100K to $2M. The company pays nothing and keeps its data.

1 to 2 weeks From intake to a buyer’s review

Latopis makes the introduction. A buyer prices the record after reading it. You approve the scope before anything moves.

Three steps to a check.

  1. 1
    Check your data

Systems, the company, then who can sign. About two minutes. Nothing is uploaded.

  2. 2
    A buyer reviews

We introduce the record. A buyer looks before they price it. You approve what is included.

  3. 3
    The company is paid

The buyer pays the company for a defined license. Latopis is paid only if that license closes.

Latopis introduces. The buyer on the other side of the call is who prices the license and who pays. You meet both before anything moves.

The buyer

Licenses the record

Reads a sample, sets the price, and pays the company. The license terms are theirs to offer and yours to accept.

Latopis

Makes the introduction

Reads the intake, introduces one buyer if the record fits, and stays on the call. Paid by the buyer only if a license closes.

Questions owners ask first.

Who licenses the record?

A buyer Latopis introduces. We make the match. The buyer licenses the data from the company that produced it and pays that company. There is no listing and no third-party marketplace.

What does it cost the company?

Nothing. There is no fee and no commission taken from the company. Money moves from the buyer to the company.

How much do buyers pay?

Licenses typically land between $100K and $2M, and run higher for a long record. Years of operating history move the number more than raw file size.

When does the money arrive?

After the record is approved, shared, and anonymized. Buyers commonly pay net 30 to 60. They do not pay for a record they have not seen, so the review comes first.

Which companies qualify?

General contractors, trade contractors, fabricators, and suppliers with a real operating record. Buyers usually start around twenty full-time people. A long record can still fit below that.

What happens to the data afterwards?

The buyer uses it under the license. You keep the business, the files, and the right to keep using them. Latopis does not publish which buyer took which record.
